The Life-Changing Products Exhibit will return to Pittsburgh, Grand Rapids, and Charlotte, debut in Boston and Kentucky, and journey to Savannah and Daytona Beach as part of a packed 1st quarter schedule for 2018. In fact, with 10 weekends booked through April, the popular touring exhibit of innovative new products — many of them prototypes not available at retail — isn’t accepting any more appearances until May of 2018.
The exhibit will feature a new slate of products for 2018, including a virtual reality exhibit. Attendees will be able to design the home of their dreams and view it through 3D glasses. Other highlights include Jibo, the first personal robot to hit the market. Jibo is bidding to become part of the family. Attendees will be able to experiment with Google’s new fabric on a Levi’s jacket, allow Amazon’s prototype Echo Look to critique their appearance, and play with a new modular lighting system from Helios, among other planned exhibits.
Boyce Thompson will be speaking at mos of these these shows about two topics dear to his heart: new products that will change your life at home, and the anatomy of a great home, the subject of his next book, due out from Schiffer Publishing in March.
